Gender equality, women’s empowerment, and leadership are central issues to international biodiversity conservation efforts. This course will provide you with tools to improve biodiversity conservation outcomes by engaging women, as well as men, as central actors during the planning, monitoring, and reporting on National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAPs), the main instrument for implementing the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) at the national level.
