Bien qu'il existe un nombre important de normes juridiques internationales protégeant les droits des peuples autochtones, leur mise en œuvre reste un défi. En outre, les violations de ces droits menacent l'intégrité de nombreux territoires et communautés de peuples autochtones. Cette série de webinaires explore les cadres internationaux et régionaux des droits humains autochtones et comment ils peuvent être appliqués à l'échelle nationale à l'aide d'exemples spécifiques. Il met en lumière les mécanismes par lesquels les communautés des peuples autochtones peuvent mieux accéder à la justice.
